He can also do full service representation for like half of what most brokers are charging, if you decide to go that route. *There is NO COMMISSION DUE TO LISTING AGENT AT CLOSING, however, a Buyer’s Agency Commission is required to be listed in the MLS. Our system’s minimum commission for buyer’s agents is 1%. Buyer’s Agency Commission is ONLY paid if Buyer is represented by an Agent. Commission % is stated in MLS, so Agents already know what you are offering. If you do not want to offer a buyer’s agent commission please don’t use our system.
