The terms and conditions of the money-back guarantee are as follows

  • Referral to Partner Real Estate Agents: If the customer does not close on their property within the term of the listing agreement, Home Sold Realty LLC will refer the customer to one of their referral partner real estate agents.
  • Successful Closing: To be eligible for a refund, the customer must successfully close on their property and provide Home Sold Realty LLC with a settlement statement as proof of the closing.
  • Refund of Package Fee: Home Sold Realty LLC will refund the full amount of the package fee paid by the customer, excluding any upgrades or additional items that may have been purchased.
  • Referral from Home Sold Realty LLC: The guarantee only applies when the customer lists their property and sells it with one of Home Sold Realty LLC's referral partner agents, and the referral came from Home Sold Realty LLC.
  • Referral partner availablity: This guarantee does not apply if Home Sold Realty LLC doesn't have a referral partner broker in your area.
  • Listing Agreement Term or Notice: The guarantee only applies during the term of the listing agreement or with a notice given at least 3 days before the agreement expires
  • Sale Packages only: This guarantee does not apply for the Rental package
Overall, Home Sold Realty LLC’s money-back guarantee offers a refund of the package fee if the customer does not sell their property during the term of the listing agreement, subject to the specified terms and conditions.

  • * Closing Assistance: Services are provided by Capital Title and Escrow LLC, our affiliated Title Agency, which has its own closing fees that are not included in the fees above.
  • * Contact Information Privacy: In compliance with MLS and board rules, seller/landlord contact details are never displayed on third-party sites (e.g., Zillow or Realtor.com). Only the listing broker’s info appears; we forward all inquiries to the seller/landlord via text or email. Their contact details remain only in MLS agent remarks, not in public descriptions.
  • * ShowingTime: ShowingTime is not available in all locations. If a different scheduling system is available we will add it to your package; if no scheduling system is available we will let you know and you can switch your plan. There are NO REFUNDS OR EXCHANGES if that is the case.
  • * Photos or Video Tours: ARE NOT INCLUDED; user provides all the media.
  • * Offer of Compensation: Offer of compensation is prohibited on the MLS; Seller can still choose to offer a compensation to a buyer’s agent outside of the MLS. Read COMPENSATION DISCLOSURE here: TERMS AND CONDITIONS for detailed info.
  • * Listing Processing: Your listing will go live in 24 hours or less if all info and documents are completed, signed, and ownership is verified before 5 pm Monday-Friday. No listing processing on the weekend; orders received after Friday 5 pm will be processed on Monday.
  • * Ownership Verification Required: Be prepared to upload ownership documents such as Deed, trust, articles of incorporation, power of attorney, and others as required by our security team. We will send you a link to an advanced Identity Verification Software for photo ID (drivers license) and biometric face recognition matching.
