The terms and conditions of the money-back guarantee are as follows

  • Referral to Partner Real Estate Agents: If the customer does not close on their property within the term of the listing agreement, Home Sold Realty LLC will refer the customer to one of their referral partner real estate agents.
  • Successful Closing: To be eligible for a refund, the customer must successfully close on their property and provide Home Sold Realty LLC with a settlement statement as proof of the closing.
  • Refund of Package Fee: Home Sold Realty LLC will refund the full amount of the package fee paid by the customer, excluding any upgrades or additional items that may have been purchased.
  • Referral from Home Sold Realty LLC: The guarantee only applies when the customer lists their property and sells it with one of Home Sold Realty LLC's referral partner agents, and the referral came from Home Sold Realty LLC.
  • Listing Agreement Term or Notice: The guarantee only applies during the term of the listing agreement or with a notice given at least 3 days before the agreement expires
  • Sale Packages only: This guarantee does not apply for the Rental package
Overall, Home Sold Realty LLC’s money-back guarantee offers a refund of the package fee if the customer does not sell their property during the term of the listing agreement, subject to the specified terms and conditions.

*Closing Assistance Services are provided by Capital Title & Escrow, LLC our affiliated Title Agency which has its own closing fees that are not included in the fees above.

*There is NO COMMISSION DUE TO LISTING AGENT AT CLOSING, however, a Buyer’s Agency Commission is required to be listed in the MLS. Our system’s minimum commission for buyer’s agents is 1%. Buyer’s Agency Commission is ONLY paid if Buyer is represented by an Agent. Commission % is stated in MLS, so Agents already know what you are offering. If you do not want to offer a buyer’s agent commission please don’t use our system.
